Dispatch
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment so long as they are in stock. If goods need to be ordered from the manufacturer we will advise you as to when dispatch is anticipated

Nappy Happy Guarantee.
In accordance with the manufacturers we guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Definition of a fault- An unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product.

For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will:

Give you a Refund;
Replace the goods;

Refunds may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition notified within 7 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition.

**We will require proof of the purchase date so keep your receipt.**

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
Before you send goods back to Nappy Happy, contact us for a Returned Goods Authorisation number. We will then send you a Returns Information form to be completed and returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
